We worked with the NHS
The infant feeding team at Nottingham University Hospitals reached out with an idea of creating two branching videos scenarios to help train their midwives. They had a plan and a set of (complicated!) flow charts detailing the choices an pathways through but didn't have the time or team to build the scenarios. We worked with the team to take their flowchart and videos and turn them into a fully realised branching video scenario. We used variables to help simplfy the decision tree whilst retaining the over 250 possible outcomes. The finished scenarios were used in group sessions and very well received.
